The partnership annually evaluates all federal and state income tax positions. This process includes an analysis of whether these income tax positions the organization takes meet the definition of an uncertain tax position under the income taxes topic of the financial accounting standards codification. As of june 30, 2017 there were no uncertain tax positions noted. The partnership's policy is to classify income tax penalties and interest, when applicable, according to their natural classification. Under the statute of limitations, the partnership's tax returns are no longer subject to examination by tax authorities for years prior to 2014.

KELLOGG FOUNDATION COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP NETWORK FELLOWSHIP "HOSTED MORE THAN 100 ALLIES, MEMBERS AND PARTNERS AT OUR ANNUAL HOLIDAY POSADA CELEBRATION AT THE PCA CAMPUS "PCA COMMUNITY COALITION WORKING COMMITTEES HAVE CONTINUED TO MEET AND ENGAGE IN ART ACTIVITIES INCLUDING THE COMMUNITY TABLE PROJECT AND TILE PROJECT "SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED GOTV EFFORTS IN THE ARMIJO NEIGHBORHOOD OTARGETED 500+ VOTERS OVER THREE WEEKS "COMPLETED COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKER CLASS AT PCA "CEA FACILITATORS TRAINED IN "KNOW YOUR RIGHTS TRAININGS." "PCA MEMBERS MET WITH APD CHIEF EDEN, SHERIFF GONZALES, AND MAYOR RICHARD BERRY TO ENGAGE IN A CONVERSATION ABOUT THE NEW EXECUTIVE ORDERS AND THE CONCERNS WE HAVE BEEN SEEING IN THE COMMUNITIES AND FAMILIES WHOM WE SERVE. "NEW CEA FACILITATORS VISITED THE ROUND HOUSE & THEY LEARNED ABOUT THE PROCESS. "150 COMMUNITY MEMBERS PARTICIPATED IN THE 1000 KID MARCH AT THE CAPITOL. "45 MEMBERS OF THE EDUCADORES PARA LOS NIOS DEL FUTURO PROVIDER NETWORK AND FACILITATORS OF CEA ATTENDED THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF NEW MEXICO ASSOCIATION FOR THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG CHILDREN, AN EARLY CHILDHOOD CONFERENCE FOR COMMUNITY AND EMERGING PROFESSIONALS OF EARLY ED. THE NETWORK CONDUCTED ONE OF THE WORKSHOPS DURING THE CONFERENCE. "EDUCADORES PARA LOS NIOS DEL FUTURO HAS SUCCESSFULLY MAINTAINED & RECRUITED NEW MEMBERS. THEY HAVE BECOME A SELF-SUSTAINED GROUP. ONE OF THE MEMBERS HAS OPENED HER CENTER. WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING WITH CYFD TO MAKE CHANGES TO MAKE DOCUMENTATION BILINGUAL FOR PROVIDERS. "PCA IS COLLABORATING ON INTERNATIONAL WORKERS DAY EVENT, MAY 1, 2017 FROM 4-7PM AT TIGUEX PARK. WE WILL BE ORGANIZING FAMILIES AND CONTACTING POTENTIAL PARTNERS FOR THIS EVENT. THE EVENT IS TO DEMONSTRATE UNITY BETWEEN OUR DIVERSE COMMUNITIES AND STAND IN SOLIDARITY WITH ONE ANOTHER ON ISSUES THAT EFFECT US.
