“Nasbite has a management service agreement in place with the stringfellow management group (smg). Administrative and management functions are performed by employees of smg. Nasbite does not determine or authorize compensation of smg employees. Nasbite reviews and approves a contract for services provided by smg.”

Any person, corporation, non-profit organization, college or university, governmental agency, or other institution wishing to promote and enhance the involvement and competitiveness of business in international trade may, upon acceptance, become a member of this corporation.”

“The form 990 is prepared by an independent paid CPA firm from information that is prepared internally by Nasbite. A draft of the return is reviewed with the executive director and staff. The return is reviewed and approved by members of the finance committee of the board of governors. A copy is provided to all members of the board of governors prior to filing.”
