An emeritus member is an individual who is a retired professional member no longer engaged in the organizing and/or productivity profession, is at least 55 years of age, and has been a napo member for at least 15 years. A corporate associate member is a business entity that is engaged in the manufacture, distribution, and/or sale of equipment and/or supplies or services that complement the organizing and/or productivity industry.”

All individuals are required to review napo's conflict of interest policy and complete the associated disclosure form. All completed forms are kept on file at napo's headquarters. Prior to each board meeting, the policy is reviewed and discussed with the board and staff, and everyone is required to disclose any conflicts that they may have prior to the start of the meeting. If a member were to have a conflict, they are requested to update their disclosure form accordingly.”
