However, income from certain activities not directly related to the organization's tax-exempt purpose is subject to taxation as unrelated business income. The company's previously filed income tax returns for the tax years 2011, 2012 and 2013 remain subject to examination by a taxing authority. The organization's income tax returns for the tax year 2014 have not been filed and remain subject to examination by a taxing authority.
