Our CEO reviews each signed document and makes record to our Board chair if needed. “In 2024, GCAPP expanded its influence and deepened its commitment to adolescent health with a powerful blend of direct programming, strategic campaigning, and statewide engagement. In 2024, we reached: - 82,236 youth, progressing towards our impact goal of 360,000 - 52,683 parents, progressing towards our impact goal of 200,000 - 34,319 youth-serving professionals, exceeding our impact goal of 15,000 - 169,238 Total Reach We exceeded our annual target by forging 24 new partnerships, expanding GCAPP's statewide footprint and allowing us to customize programming to meet local needs. These alliances strengthened our presence in all 65 priority counties, driving both reach and relevance. This year, we launched Know This, a powerful campaign designed to inform, equip, and activate communities around the critical role of Comprehensive Sex Education (CSE) and HPV prevention. Through evidence-based messaging, the campaign broke down misconceptions and provided parents, caregivers, and youth with the facts they need to make informed decisions. Our Spotify ads for the Parent Toolkit alone reached more than 57,000 listeners, while engagement with campaign resources surged across platforms. We also relaunched the TMI-GA campaign, spotlighting GCAPP's clinic locator app and reinforcing the message that there is no such thing as too much information when it comes to youth health. The updated app now features over 300 clinics statewide. Through our Take it to the House campaign, we galvanized public support and legislative awareness of House Bill(s) aimed at expanding access to medically accurate, age- appropriate sex education in Georgia. On the ground, GCAPP delivered 152 total engagements-including 40 digital engagements, 80 trainings, 7 technical assistance sessions, and 25 campaigns-reaching youth, parents, educators, and healthcare professionals. Our trusted programs including, WISE, INclued, LiFT, and The Eban Project, remained cornerstone of our outreach.”
