The primary grantor HUD requires organizations that do not have prior experience with operating HUD projects to contract with a management company that has this HUID experience. TAMCO Property Management, LLC fills this management role for the Project.

The primary grantor HUD reserves the right to approve certain actions such as the selection of new board members, the transfer of the Project sponsorship, the management company, and the disposition of assets acquired with HUD funds.
