Community business development
To aggressively encourage and assist in the growth of west chester's business sector through the attraction and business expansion of companies and projects which will positively impact the community and maintain the quality infrastructure. Accordingly, it is the responsibility of west chester development council and west chester to position the community as a profitable business location through the continuous improvement of the business operating environment.
