“The governing documents are available to the membership and the public on the Suri Networks website. Other documents should be requested from the trustees of the organization whose names, addresses, phone and email are also listed on the Suri Networks website.”

“Form 990, Part I, Section Summary, Line 1: The purpose of Suri Network shall include, but not be limited to the following: To promote, through education to the Alpaca community and the general public, awareness of, and an interest in Suri Alpacas and their fiber and related business interests; to promote the growth of the Suri Alpaca industry; to serve as an industry and marketing group to promote and protect the collective economic and legal interests of the Networks members; to organize and conduct, from time to time, a Suri Alpaca event which shall be open to the public and which furthers the purpose of the Corporation and provides the members and other participants with the opportunity to share with each other their ideas, encouragement, knowledge and companionship.”
