“The oacc shall be governed by a governing board made up of one trustee designated by each college board of trustees to serve as the delegate trustee, and the president of each such college. Each college board of trustees shall also designate a trustee to serve as an alternate member of the governing board.”

“Executive officer's compensation procedure 1. On an annual basis, the oacc chairperson appoints a special committee, an evaluation committee, to conduct an annual review of the oacc president. The annual review process links the president's performance to that of the organization's performance. 2. The oacc president provides an annual report to the evaluation committee and the oacc governing board. The annual report includes information on the annual goals as well as all related activities and accomplishments. 3. The review committee also considers the prior year's evaluation file and the oacc chairperson consults with the ohio attorney general's office (oacc legal counsel) to review the annual procedure. 4. The annual report is shared with the governing board and the evaluation committee solicits feedback from the governing board members (written and/or verbal). 5. The evaluation committee provides feedback to the oacc executive committee during the may executive committee meeting. 6. The evaluation committee uses the criteria of: met, excelled, needs improvement, or did not meet as the guide for rating performance. 7. Current and proposed compensation is discussed and determined. 8. Upon executive committee consideration and approval, along with the establishment of future year goals, the results of the actions taken and all feedback obtained are then communicated to the oacc president.”
