Ln 24a - the organization sold the columbus idea foundry in 2015. The organization financed part of this sales transaction for 875,000 note receivable with a 20 year term. In may 2017 the board of directors discounted the original idea foundry note receivable for a current cash payment of 575,000 resulting in a write down of 251,361.
