Is a title holding corporation described in internal revenue code section 501(c)(2) and pays any amount of its net income for a tax year to an organization exempt from income tax under internal revenue code section 501(a) - bethesda hospital, inc. This relationship may be considered an affiliated group for purposes of filing a consolidated income tax return. As such, bethesda properties, inc. Does not file a standalone form 990-t with the internal revenue service for unrelated business income generated during the tax year. Instead, it files a consolidated form 990-t with bethesda hospital, inc. Under bethesda hospital, inc.'s ein (31-0537122).
