PART X, LINE 2:

The organization accounts for uncertainty in income taxes in accordance with asc 740 income taxes. This interpretation prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. This interpretation also provides guidance on derecognition, classification, interest and penalties, accounting in interim periods, disclosure and transition. The organization has determined that all income tax filing positions would be sustained upon examination and accordingly, the organization has not recorded any reserves, or related accruals for interest and penalties for uncertain income tax positions pursuant to asc 740 income taxes as of december 31, 2017 and 2016.
