Mission

Friends Community Housing, Inc. (the "Corporation") was formed in June 1983, as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of Ohio, for the purpose of owning a 10-unit apartment community ("Mulberry Place") located in Wilminton, Ohio. The project will be operated under the provisions of Section 202 of the national Housing Act of 1959, as amended.
