The president reviews the 990 and the executive team reviews and presents it to the entire board.

Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Line 12C

First, the conflict of interest policy is discussed during new hire orientation and a conflict of interest agreement is signed. Then, during annual staff trainings, this is reviewed and a new agreement signed. Annually, the coi policy is reviewed with the board of directors and they sign a new agreement as well. Quarterly, staff are reminded to discuss new roles that may be a conflict of interest and the ramifications for conflicts not disclosed voluntarily (resignations, etc.).

The executive team annually reviews the president/ceo's goals and performance and speaks with the president/ceo. This tean also reviews compensation programs comparing them to other similar samaritan centers.
