“Effective january 1, 2018 atrium health system (ahs) ceased to be a member of atrium medical center (amc). As a result of the change in its code of regulations, ahs will: 1) oversee the performance of premier health (premier) in its capacity as the parent organization and sole member of amc, 2) elect members to premier's board of directors and 3) exercise the rights and powers granted to ahs under premier's code of regulations as a member of premier part v, line 45a: the response to 45a should be yes. Due to an error in the irs computer system, we have changed this response to no, so the 990-ez can be accepted since it meets the irs requirements for filing the 990-ez.
