During the fiscal year 2013, the City of Cincinnati (major funder) changed its fiscal year from a calendar year between January 1st and December 31st to a fiscal year between July 1st and June 30th. As a result, CHRC's board approve a change in fiscal and reporting year to align with major funding sources

During calendar year, CHRC recognized an actuarial gain of $78,680 as a result of a reduction in the overall pension liability with the United Way pension. The reduction in pension liability is contributed to the gains earned by the pension investments during the year as reported by the United Way pension. CHRC only recognizes amounts as allocated to CHRC by the United Way actuaries.During the period CHRC recognized a prior period adjustment of $185.

Additional program services relate to a variety of youth programs thereby furthering its goal as an organization within the community. Our youth and community programs include:1.
