PART X, LINE 2:

It is the policy of the center, in accordance with u.s. Gaap, to assess any uncertain tax positions and, if necessary, record a tax asset or liability, and the related income tax expense, for any uncertain tax positions. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the center and has concluded that as of december 31, 2014, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability or disclosure in the financial statements. The center is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. The center was formed on december 9, 2011, therefore all tax years remain open to income tax examination.
