These reserved rights include: approval of these initial bylaws and any subsequent revisions; approval of nominee(s) for the chair; designated seat on the executive committee; approval of the hiring/dismissal of the executive director; and "first right of review" to participate with the pcpi foundation in commercial opportunities and partnerships. The cmss will be granted a reserved right due to its status as a founding member organization with the existing reserved right to approve these initial and any subsequent revisions for three (3) years following adoption of these bylaws.”

In part viii, contributions increased from $2,691,000 to $2,758,000. In part ix, office expenses decreased from $39,034 to $38,784. In part x, prepaid expenses increased from $2,191 to $25,577 and fixed assets decreased from $82,617 to $55,040 as a result of a reclassification adjustment. This change is also reflected on schedule d part vi. In part xi, a prior period adjustment of $67,250 decreased beginning net assets from what had been previously reported. In schedule a, part iii, line 1 contributions changed per the change to part viii. Line 7a also changed as a result of this change. In schedule b, the contribution amount from the donor was also changed based on the change to part viii. In schedule d, parts xi and xii have been completed.”
