The organization has contracted with demarco management company to provide property management services for the apartment building. All employees are employees of demarco management. Salaries on the 990 represent reimbursements to demarco management for employees who work on-site at the organizations's apartment facility. Demarco provides all management, accounting, and maintenance services related to the property.
