The organization has contratced with demarco management company to provide property management services for the apartment building. All employees are employees of demarco anagement. Salaries on the 990 represent reimbursements to demarco management for employees who work on-site at the organizations?s apartment facility. Demarco provides all management, accounting, and maintenance services related to the property.

Uncertain tax positions: fasb issued accounting for uncertainty in income taxes (asc 740). St luke's senior housing, inc., continually evaluates expiring statutes of limitations, proposed settlements and changes in tax law and new authoritative rulings to determine if st luke's senior housing, inc. Has any uncertain tax positions. As of, december 31, 2013, st luke's senior housing, inc., does not believe it is exposed to any uncertain tax positions. Currently, st luke's senior housing, inc.'s, informational returns for tax years 2010-2012 remain open for inspection by the irs with the 2013 returns to be filed in 2014.
