Pt IV Line 1B

The Foundation administers one charitable gift annuity and the balance show here represents a separate account established to carry out the requirements of the annuity agreement. The annual pay-out to the joint annuitants and to the survivor is $6800. The annuitants are a male age 87 and a female age 83. Using IRS publication 939 the duration of the joint annuity is 4.2 years. The annuity agreement was amended by the annuitants in 2011

to provide that the Foundation will have no obligation to make further annuity payments if the fund is exhausted prior to the death of both annuitants.
