“The ministry of 12 baskets is an organization that is formed by regular christians who received talent in business operation. It strives to help local christians of the third world countires to change their every aspects of life including their spiritual, and economical aspect. Specifically, it is a ministry that will help them to initiate small businesses in order to achieve economic independence from outside help. 12 baskets, through its ministry, will find business item that fits their environment, provide them with monetary funding, train them to have biblical business mind, instruct them to have biblical heart, and give them a realistic training of business operation. Through the training, it will strive to provide them with an opportunity to start a business with small funds to those who never had this type of opportunity to work because of poverty. First, 12 baskets will actively involve local missionaries, or pastors in the ministry, to choose participants together, and train them together. Only eligible participants will be chosen who are born-again, and who might have business talent. Second, each participant will go through highly scrutinized training, and final participants who will actually have the business opportunity will be chosen after the training period. Third, final participants will have the total control of each business from start, and so continuing help will only focus in the spiritual training of obeying god's word.( create independence, and to learn to take responsibilities for failures and consequeences) with the above three prinicples and continuing wisdon of god, 12baskets, together with each participants, will achieve its mission, in hope and joy.”
