“An independent cpa firm and treasurer perform a thorough review of the form 990 and its related schedules. After their review, the form 990 is sent via email to the full board of directors. Upon their approval, the form 990 is submitted to the irs.”

These disclosures are reviewed by the board who will determine if an actual conflict exists. The restrictions imposed on persons with a conflict are determined by the board and would include exclusion from the discussion and approval of any transactions related to the conflict. All proceedings related to conflicts of interest are documented in meeting minutes.”
