Supplemental Narrative

Additional Explanations

FORM 990, PART XI, LINE 9:

Unrealzed gain on securities 19,034.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Explanation: accounting guidance issued by financial accounting standards board (fasb) prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. For those benefits to be recognized, a tax position must be more-likely-than-not to be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities. The organization did not have unrecognized tax benefits as of december 31, 2014 and does not expect this to change significantly over the next twelve months. The organization will recognize interest and penalties accrued on any unrecognized tax benefits as a component of income tax expense. As of december 31, 2014, the organization has not accrued interest or penalties related to uncertain tax positions. The income tax returns of the organization are subject to examination by the federal and state taxing authorities, generally for three and four years, respectively, after the due date.
