Mission

Southfields owners association, inc. (soa) was formed in 1999 with the primary objective of maintaining parcels of land in the township of hopewell, new jersey. Soa maintains parcels of land within the perimeter of an office development and also sets aside certain parcels for recreational facilities to be made available to the public. Soa manages the development and maintenance of common areas within the office development including streets, groundskeeping, water, sewer, and etc. Among the types of amenities available to the public include 13 acres for recreational facilities such as softball fields, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, jogging trails and paths, and related parking.
