IRS990/Desc0OUTPUT 1: Fundraising to develop awareness media global campaign for the transform the informal sector. REVENUE 211,000USD from John Templeton Foundation plus 48,000USD from DIATOMS Inc.EXPENSES 14,000 USD1. Templeton Foundation has approved a grant of $211,000 to PGTFA for the development stage of the movie "70% The Informals" produced by PGTFA. This grant feeds into the PGTFA's global media campaign with the aim of creating a call for changing the traditional economic development paradigm. The new model focuses on informality transformation in the field in addition to the macro and fiscal adjustment that is required for a country's growth. The concept of informality transformation is that of creating and providing security of assets so they can become formally tradable with less friction and thus less risk. This Project will be implemented through the work and dedication of Project Lead, Elena Panaritis and the host organization, Thought For Action. The production of the documentary movie is focused on generating awareness regarding what is informality, why it comprises of over 70% of the global population, and how can it be transformed sustainably. With this small grant, a short movie will be produced presented to film festivals and also used for further fundraising. The larger feature movie will require a larger funding of over $1M. An additional 48,000USD was donated for the same goal from Diatoms Inc. OUTPUT 2:Initiate and Implement the awareness media campaign.Revenue: zeroExpenses: 13,000 USD 2. The project of the media campaign has already started by its most important ingredient the Change Team members. One of the key outputs of this project is the selection and assembly of the Change Team; a lever for creating a pivotal alliance for change by enrolling a wide global influential network to the objective that sustainable economic growth will unlock by securing asset property rights across societies. The Change Team will operate as an affinity group with strong international scholarly and media contacts, calling industry leaders to action to support and promote the campaign. It will serve as an advocacy, advisory, and at times technical capacity group. Some Team members will be operating in an informative capacity; some will be giving feedback to the activities along the project. They will facilitate connections in the important areas of fundraising (for the larger project) - academic economic policy - creative team - and marketing. The Team will be selected by building on existing networks, relationships, past and present property rights transformation efforts in countries. It is expected to be created early in the development stage of the project, aiming to be helpful with the appropriate connections in their respective fields. The members will draw upon their existing networks with the goal of drawing on world leaders, leading academics, researchers, economists, world renowned innovators, and politicians. The intention is to engage the Team members weekly at the beginning with on-line meetings and expect to meet them in person depending on the way the pandemic will proceed. Action tasks will be monitored by Elena and the project assistant. The Team members will be at least 10. TFA has initially engaged people that are already familiar with Elena's work and the project "70% The Informals." OUTPUT 3: Established digital and inperson educational platformRevenue: 0 zero Expenses: 35,654USD3. In December of 2021 TFA through its founder presented how Reality Check Analysis (RCA) can provide reform outlets for growth, at the panel "Measuring Economic Freedom in 2022 and Beyond" at the Atlas Network Liberty Forum, in Miami.4. In addition Elena was asked to provide advice regarding the dire economic situation of Sri Lanka. The country is at the brink of default and Elena has been asked to present her experience from the EuroZone debt crisis and in particular the 10 year Greek debt crisis. She is also asked to create a set of
