Lifespace Inc.

The purposes for which lifespace, inc. Is organized are to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as it now exists or may later be amended or replaced including, without limitation, the following:(a) to establish, own and administer unlicensed or licensed residential property designed to accomodate the particular physical, social, emotional, recreational, and other similar needs of aged persons. (b) to develop resources to enhance and support programs for the specialized needs of the aged persons.(c) to participate, so far as circumstances warrant, in any activity designed and carried on to promote the general mental and physical health of the residents of the community served. (d) to secure, raise and arrange capital to provide for the development, implementation and support of such facilities, programs, and services consistent with the purposes of the corporation.
