Mission

Organizing, operating, and supporting a non-profit regional health information organization in order to furnish a health information exchange among providers in wayne county, surrounding counties, and throughout the state of ohio to improve the quality, delivery, and administration of health care, and to reduce administrative and governmental burdens and costs related to the delivery of health care consistent with the intent of the american recovery and reinvestment act of 2009, the health information technology for economic and clinical health act, and the patient protection and affordable care act, as amended.
