Sphs Music Boosters Inc.

The mission of the SPHS Music Boosters Inc. is to support excellence in the music program at South Pasadena High School and to promote the music program in the community. The fundraising bridges the gap between the funding provided to the Music Department and what is required to ensure that South Pasadena High School students receive the richest and most complete music education experience available. As the official private fund-raising organization for the South Pasadena High School Music Department, the SPHS Music Boosters encourages and organizes parents' involvement and assists the Music director in support of the Marching Band, Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Color Guard, Orchestra, Jazz Band, Winter Drum Line and Winter Color Guard.Donations from businesses, parents and music lovers help to offset shortfalls and budget cutbacks. Proceeds are used to provide music, instruments, instrument repairs and financial support for competitions. The SPHS Music Boosters believes that music is
