Diana Meo and Deanna L. Watson have a business relationship with the board members as Diana and Deanna are officers compensated by Boise City Housing Authority (BCHA), a related organization, and the board members also serve as board members of BCHA.

The Board of Directors of the Corporation shall consist of the seven (7) Commissioners of the Boise City Housing Authority Commission as appointed in accordance with Ada County Resolution No. 478 and City of Boise Resolution No. 9141. All members of the Board of Directors shall hold office until such time as they no longer hold the position of Commissioner of the City of Boise Housing Authority.

All personnel of the related organizations are employed by the Boise City Housing Authority. The Boise City Housing Authority uses a pay for performance system with regard to compensation. The system was originally set up with the assistance of BDPA. BCHA compiles information annually from organizations similar in size and structure regarding their budgeted amounts for merit increases as well as Cost of Living increases. This information is used to adjust the pay scale on an annual basis. The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors annually reviews the Executive Director/Secretary/Treasurer salaries using this information to determine merit increases. The Board of Directors are volunteers and do not receive compensation.

Form 990, Part VII, Section A, Line 1A, Column F:

Deanna Watson and Diana Meo participate in the Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho, a defined benefit plan. Due to the size and varied participants in this plan the actuarial value is not calculated on a per employee basis. The amount included in Column F for deferred compensation includes the actual contributions to the plan, but does not include any amount for a reasonable estimate of the increase in actuarial value.

This included identifying potential grant funding sources and collaborating with local leadership to assess available properties for future affordable housing development. While AHS has had limited activity to date, it remains committed to serving in this capacity. As federal funding is not guaranteed and continues to face uncertainty, AHS is intended to serve as a flexible tool to help secure alternative resources and support long-term housing solutions.
