Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

The conflict of interest policy covers all interested persons of the one eighty foundation, which includes any director, principal officer or member of a committee with governing board delegated power, or anyone with a direct or indirect financial interest. All interested persons are required to disclose the existence of a conflict and are given the opportunity to disclose all material facts of the instance to the directors and members of the committees with governing board delegated powers. Statements are periodically distributed and signed by each director and officer that affirms they have received a copy of the policy, have reviewed and understood the policy, and will comply with the policy. If a conflict arises, after disclosure, the interested person shall leave the governing board or committee meeting while the determination is reviewed by the remaining members. After hearing the member's response and making further investigation as necessary, the governing board will determine disciplinary and corrective action.

Form 990, Part I, Line 6

Throughout the course of the year, there were 100 volunteers. In addition to the 7 members serving on the board, various individuals contributed their time to the events during the year. Volunteers for the 'philanthropy with a twist' event helped with the check-in of the guests, greeting, and any donations made at the event. The volunteers who helped during the pajama drive collected, sorted, folded, and tagged all donated items. Volunteers for the golf tournament helped with all aspects of the event including set-up, serving, and coordination.
