Such a conflict would arise if an officer, board member, employee or agent, or any member of his/her immediate family, his/her spouse/partner, or an organization that employs or is about to employ any of the parties indicated herein, has a financial interest in the vendor selected. Officer, board members, employees and agents of teaching trust shall neither solicit or accept gratuities, favors or anything of monetary value from vendors.”

Salaries are set on third party data provided by executive recruiters and compensation consultants. Most of the senior level jobs are hired for unique experiences. We compete with school districts and charter networks for leadership talent, so we can generally pay executive team members in line with comparable positions in nonprofits, school districts, and charter networks. Our managing directors of leadership development, former principals and school leaders are paid in line with experienced school principals of large urabn districts.”

Events include Leading for Impact Summit, training featuring nationally-acclaimed education leaders such as Paul Bambrick, school visits, etc. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 5: Preparation work for Dallas LEAD (the Leader Excellence, Advancement and Development). LEAD is developed and executed in partnership with Dallas ISD, LEAD is a professional development program that focuses on four key areas: attracting talented, diverse candidates who could become high-quality principal candidates; growing leaders at all levels into strong principal candidates; providing exceptional professional development for campus leaders; and identifying strategies to retain top-tier principals.”
