Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization is a 501(c)(3) organization exempt from income taxes under section 501(a) of the internal revenue code. The organization follows the provisions of the financial accounting standards board accounting standards codification pertaining to income taxes. Federal and state tax authorities generally have the right to examine and audit the previous three years of tax returns filed. Any interest and penalties assessed to the corporations are recorded in operating expenses. ($0 for the years ended december 31, 2014 and 2013). Management is not aware of any uncertain tax positions requiring measurement or disclosure in these financial statements.
