Any person, firm, corporation or other enterprise (i) engaged in the operation of a retail store, (ii) directly or indirectly connected with the retail merchandising industry, (iii) engaged in the business of providing services either to retailers or retail product manufacturers, or (iv) engaged in the practice of law, is eligible to become a member of the corporation. Members shall be admitted in accordance with such procedures and requirements as may be established from time to time by the board of directors.
