A complete final draft copy of the form 990 is reviewed by aero cares' board of directors via email. This final form 990 is discussed at the next weekly telephone conference. Questions, comments, and corrections are communicated at this meeting for follow-up. Any final changes are communicated back to all board members. Subsequent to the revisions, the form 990 is filed.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 12C: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts

Aero cares has a conflict of interest policy that requires that an interested person by definition must disclose and annually confirm that they have no financial interest, directly or indirectly, through business investment, or family with a related party. To ensure that the organization operates in a manner consistent with the conflict of interest policy, periodic reviews are conducted. At times these periodic reviews are conducted with the assistance of outside advisors.
