“Run4water's most active mission is in sneedville, tn. Our most notable outreaches in the area include a thanksgiving meal distribution and continual small water related projects and ministries. Organization sponsored more than six separate trips to sneedville in 2018. Run4water sponsors several missionary tours to central america and africa annually. In 2018, run4water worked in costa rica, haiti, kenya & uganda. Run4water ministers to local congregations and educates them on the importance of clean water and provides means for them to collect and store clean water. The run around the world festival consist of several races involving 300 children and 50 adults. The 24-hour event was an ultra marathon, color run, & fundraiser. Runners paid an entry fee. Live music, games and other activities were also provided for festival attendees. Run4water works with "women at the well" by providing self defense and reusable feminine hygiene products. This ministry of run4water is called "84 days" (the number of days a girl misses schools if she lacks proper feminine hygiene).”
