“Member firms, by virtue of the laws of their respective countries, are engaged in practice as professional business consultants and advisors engaged in such professions as approved by the international executive committee. Each member firm must be subject to the most senior regulatory bodies of their respective professions and countries and except as otherwise provided herein meet other criteria for membership adopted from time to time by the international executive committee. Such approved professions are accountancy and law.”

“The by-laws of the association provide for a nomination and voting process whereby the members of the association elect members to the regional executive committees. The international executive committee consists of the chairs of the three regional executive committees plus the international chair and four at large delegates.”

“The vote of the members is required to approve annual budgets, by-law changes and other defined association governance and operational matters.”

“The 990 is reviewed by the board of directors prior to filing.”

“The organizations by-laws and minutes of board meetings are furnished upon request. The association's financial statements are not made available to the public. No financial statements were prepared for 2022. The association has no conflict of interest policy.”

“Note - the association's significant activities ceased in the prior year as disclosed in 2021 form 990. The mission statement and governance policies described in this return refer to prior active years. Tax year 2022 form 990 includes revenue and expenses related to wind down activities. It is expected that the 2023 form 990 will be a final return.”
