As of july 1, 2017, arch health contracted with pacific accountable management-san diego to provide management services. It was a related company, and the chief officers of ahmg became employed by pamsd at that time, maintaining their respective roles.

The sole member of the corporation is palomar pomerado health, a california health district organized under division 23 of the health and safety code (pph).

Pph president/chief executive officer and pph chief financial officer shall serve on the board of arch health partners, inc. For as long as they hold their associated title at pph.

Pph's reserved powers include: for items of strategic importance (i.e. Addition of new services or adding physician groups), or requiring capital investment greater than $250,000, a supermajority approval of six of the eight voting members will be required, which shall include all non-community board members. Additionally, if arch health partners, inc. Has a need for capital funding in an amount greater than $250,000 the approval of the pph board is also required in addition to the approval of the arch health partners, inc.'s board.
