Winning start winnebago community advisory board as part of the ready to learn initiative, alignment rockford is the strategic partner of the winnebago county health department for winning start winnebago, a universal, countywide pre/neonatal system of support in convening and overseeing the community advisory board, a requirement of family connects international (fci), the home visiting model employed through winning start winnebago with the goal of tracking outcomes and efficacy of winning start winnebago efforts and supporting the program through community alignment. Early development instrument (edi) alignment rockford serves as the community administrator of the early development instrument (edi) winnebago county. This population-based tool captures data on child development across five key domains at the neighborhood level, helping local stakeholders identify strengths and gaps in early childhood support. In partnership with school districts and community organizations, the edi helps inform strategic investments and program design to better serve families and young children. Strong schools rooted in the science of resilience, the strong schools program combines community school principles with the implementation of a healing-centered framework for rps 205. Strong schools understands and responds to the impact of trauma on our youth, recognizing that better outcomes in both academic and lifelong pursuits require holistic support and resources that help students and their families build resilience, take part in community, and feel a sense of agency as they pursue their various goals. At the heart of this work is a simple promise to every child: you will be seen and heard, pushed to grow, and made ready to succeed.

THIS POPULATION-BASED TOOL CAPTURES DATA ON CHILD DEVELOPMENT ACROSS FIVE KEY DOMAINS AT THE NEIGHBORHOOD LEVEL, HELPING LOCAL STAKEHOLDERS IDENTIFY STRENGTHS AND GAPS IN EARLY CHILDHOOD SUPPORT.
