In review, 2022 proved to be an unpredictable year for charitable organizations and ours was no different. At the beginning of the year, we were elated at the prospect of getting back to work. With pandemic restrictions easing and the national landscape for small businesses getting back on-line, our optimism was high; in particular, after being forced to all-but-shutter operations in 2021. We blindly presumed a smooth return to operations was imminent. As the year progressed, however, the economy was strangled by hyperinflation. Accordingly, a hawkish federal reserve had no choice but to raise interest rates in an attempt to staunch inflationary pressures driving price increases in every industry. This correlation rang a donor death-knell of sorts as purse strings tightened with the dollars loss of spending power. Priorities quickly emphasized frugal living and donations tapered in light of this. Still, we were undeterred.Even though revenues were on the decline, we continued to do our best to push our services to support the education needs of Title 1 qualifying school districts. In parallel we took the opportunity to create new programs for growth in 2023. We knew that eventually the waters of inflation would retreat and donors would emerge. To this end, we focused on designing new campaigns including investing in digital properties that we saw as complementary to the SphereUs Foundations mission of serving the needy, individuals with disabilities, and protected classes. We added 54at54.com and GolfYourAge.com as the digital homes for the Golf Your Age (GYA) challenge. A SphereUs Foundation Challenge for Charity, GYA will be a supplementary driver of revenues for the foundation. In short, the objective is for participants to succeed in playing a minimum number of golf holes as they are years old; and to do so within 3 consecutive days (72 hours). We see golf as a forum for inclusion of all individuals. It is also a healthy activity that can extend the longevity of its participants. Revenues will come from GYA donations, shared green fees, merchandise sales, and sponsor donations where GYA is promoted physically as well as online. The inaugural year for GYA is 2023 and 2022 helped set the stage for this growth initiative. For these reasons, we believe-$45,282
