| Grants And Similar Amounts Paid:, Amount:| 1 14 21 - Leadership Development Grant. Through this grant Missions in the Amazon was able to hold a Leadership Gathering in Nuevo San Juan. While there we provided teaching food for needy villagers and listened to the hearts and needs of villages throughout the Chambira and Maranon Rivers., $2800| 2 22 21 - Relational Development Grant. Through this grant we celebrated the villages of San Antonio Maypuco Yurimaguas Tarapoto Chazuta and Callanayaco by attending community gatherings and building relationships with key leaders within these villages by listening to their needs and forming strategies to assess and overcome their challenges., $1300| 3 12 21 - Seminary Gathering and Worship Ministry Conference Grant. Through this grant Missions in the Amazon was able to hold a seminary gathering and worship ministry conference in the village of Monterrico. It was a great time had by all as the villagers learned about leading worship and playing instruments., $550| 4 9 21 - Children Ministry Leadership Conference Grant. Through this grant Missions in the Amazon was able to take 10 young leaders to host child-specific leadership training in San Juan. Following the training breakout events were held to minister to the children through teaching and various activities. We also administered medical care and food to villagers throughout the duration of this trip., $1500| 6 14 21 - San Juan Mission Base Construction Grant. Through this grant we were able to build 100 new benches for the Congreso House make crucial repairs to the Mission Base and develop the Hospital by building new rooms and making repairs following Covid and the flood., $4100| 7 9 21 - Congreso Grant. Through this grant Missions in the Amazon was able to hold the Congreso a 7-day conference in the village of San Juan. In all 2400 villagers and 74 villages attended 303 villagers were baptized and hundreds more heard the gospel for the first time! Each day we held ministries for children youth adults and leaders and every villager received three meals a day. In all 31000 meals were served and 400 Bibles were gifted. We also had our clinic at each location where villagers received parasite medication to combat malaria along with other medical treatment from nurses dieticians dentists optometrists and physicians., $2500| 7 26 21 - Congreso Grant. Through this grant Missions in the Amazon was able to hold the Congreso a 7-day conference in the village of San Juan. In all 2400 villagers and 74 villages attended 303 villagers were baptized and hundreds more heard the gospel for the first time! While there we provided for the immediate medical and food needs of the villagers suffering from the Covid-19 pandemic celebrated the community and its leaders and also assessed the ongoing challenges of the leaders and their villages throughout the region., $1500| 11 18 21 - Christmas Toys Ministry Grant. Through this grant Missions in the Amazon was able to purchase 4700 toys 450 Bibles and provide food for 4000 villagers. Through the Gospel presentation and holiday gifts of toys holiday bread and hot chocolate we were able to reveal Christ's hope joy and love as we shared the Gospel and built relationships with thousands of villagers throughout the Peruvian Amazon Jungle., $3500|
