Ajrr's application of accounting in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the united states of america regarding uncertain tax positions had no effect on its financial position as management believes ajrr has no material unrecognized income tax benefits, including any potential risk of loss of its nonprofit tax status; therefore, no liability for uncertain tax positions has been recorded as of december 31, 2014 or 2013. Ajrr would account for any potential interest or penalties related to possible future liabilities for unrecognized income tax benefits as income tax expense. Ajrr is no longer subject to examination by federal, state, or local tax authorities for periods before 2011.”
