“Fathers support group - the fathers support group is the backbone of community fathers inc. Every week men meet to express their parenting concerns, legal issues, and overall life goals. In the group individuals offer each other guidance from personal and professional lived experiences in an effort to interrupt intergenerational patterns.”

“Occupations instead of incarceration (oioi) - with this initiative, our commitment is to promote social economic enterprises. Oioi's goals are to remove barriers to success wherever they may exist and replace them with ladders of opportunities for our youth by providing career and entrepreneurial readiness skills needed to increase ones potential. There are three career paths that are offered and have had much success. The silk-screening path which teaches participants the ins and outs of the field. The cornerstone bakery which operates and retails at the schenectady green market every sunday. The landscaping path currently works in conjunction with the city of schenectady's re-tree initiative. “Meals and heal - we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in encouraging a healthy community. The meal & heal program offers a place where men can nourish the mind, body, and soul while learning new recipes and eating some good food. This is a space where father and men come together to learn healthy plant based cooking have meaningful conversations about life as a father (or just being a man in general).”

“Community justice programs - this program was formed for fathers who are currently incarcerated and/or those who were formerly incarcerated and need support. By offering men support, this program motivates individuals to hold themselves accountable in their life journeys.”
