“World Leadership Foundation's mission is to partner with K-12 schools around the world to bring greater purpose to learning. Our vision is that K-12 education can, and should be, the ultimate platform for launching children into lives of purpose. World Leadership Foundation accomplishes its mission by partnering on school transformation efforts with schools across global. We also work to support our longterm partner communities in in the USA and 10 countries around the world. Over the last decade, World Leadership Foundation has incubated an ambitious effort to "reduce inequity through education" in rural schools via an initiative that eventually came to be known as TeachUNITED (www.teachunited.org), which became its own independent 501(c)(3) non-profit as of January 1, 2020. As of May 2023, TeachUNITED had reached 1 million students and we are proud of the role that World Leadership Foundation had in starting this impact-driven nonprofit. WLF has accomplished its mission most recently by creating and refining two key experiences, one designed for educators and one for students, and launching one new program: 1. K12 Change Lab, to be launched in January 2025, is an 18-month change management program that supports schools in making strategic change. 2. The K-12 Purpose Summit, now in its seventh year, is a 3.5-day conference that helps teachers and school leaders reconnect with purpose and design and implement game-changing ideas for their schools. 3. The Youth Purpose Summit, developed by World Leadership School, brings students together for a yearlong journey to move forward with purpose in learning and life. World Leadership Foundation also continues to collect donations from students traveling through World Leadership School. These donations came from 1,066 students and educators, who spent more than 450 days engaging with local communities and organizations in 13 locations across the globe.”

“World Leadership Foundation is preparing to launch K12 Change Lab (www.k12changelab.org), which supports schools in operationalizing strategic plans. Over 18 months, K12 Change Lab supports school teams to design, iterate, collect data, soft launch, mobilize support, and communicate in order to implement the desired strategic goal. The program includes unlimited virtual coaching, a 3-day learning conference in October 2026 in Washington, DC, and two on-site school visits. Teams join a cohort of schools working on a similar challenge, and each cohort has a coach. Grant funding is available for smaller independent and international schools.”
