The periodic reviews shall, at a minimum, include the following subjects:(a) whether compensation arrangements and benefits are reasonable, based on competent survey information, and the result of arm's length bargaining. (b) whether partnerships, joint ventures, and arrangements with management organizations conform to the organization's written policies, are properly recorded, reflect reasonable investment or payments for goods and services, further charitable purposes and do not result in inurnment, impermissible private benefit or in an excess benefit transaction.”

“Compensation of president and vice president was established by the founding board of directors in september 2009. The base salary was a continuation of the amount in force at the time of separating from network for teaching entrepreneurship. In 2011, the salaries were increased 4% which represented an inflationary change for 2010 and 2011. Salaries are monitored annually in relationship to available funding and industry trends for similar positions.”
