HOWEVER, THE ORGANIZATION IS NOT CURRENTLY UNDER AUDIT NOR HAS IT BEEN CONTACTED BY ANY OF THESE JURISDICTIONS. BASED ON THE EVALUATION OF THE ORGANIZATION'S TAX POSITIONS, MANAGEMENT BELIEVES ALL POSITIONS TAKEN WOULD BE UPHELD UNDER EXAMINATION.
