“The resource network seminars program is focused on raising awareness and raising funds to further alzheimer's research, as well as care and support for those people and their families already affected by this disease. Seminars are held on a monthly basis, october through may. At each seminar a professional is brought in to talk about different topics that deal with the caring for a loved one with a memory disorder/ dementia/alzheimer's from diagnosis, treatments/medications, financial, in-home care, etc. 25-65 people attend each of these seminars.”

“The cheering closet program is a way to reach out to our neighbors living in senior residential communities. We deliver necessary everyday items for those in need. Some of our gifts are donated and some are purchased by the foundation. This program has been expanded to include any patient or resident, not just individuals with memory disorders or alzheimer's.”
