| HOME OWNERSHIP COUNSELING - THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES HOMEBUYER EDUCATION AND COUNSELING, FORECLOSURE PREVENTION EDUCATION AND COUNSELING, AND FINANCIAL EDUCATION AND COUNSELING. IN HOMEBUYER EDUCATION AND COUNSELING, THE ORGANIZATION'S SERVICES INCLUDE EIGHT-HOUR EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS AND INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING FOR FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS. THE FORECLOSURE PREVENTION PROGRAM WORKS WITH FAMILIES WHO ARE IN DANGER OF LOSING THEIR HOMES TO DEVELOP A BUDGET, EVALUATE THEIR OPTIONS, AND NEGOTIATE WITH THEIR MORTGAGE SERVICERS FOR THE BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOME.
