General explanation attachment

Public policy impacts for people with disabilities has developed and implemented the cuyahoga employment partnership in cuyahoga county, ohio (cleveland). The partnership is composed of twenty-nine school districts, three career centers and three county human service and educational agencies. The partnership is assisting 300 graduating youth with disabilities to acquire and sustain gainful employment within national corporations, businesses, universities, governmental agencies, and hospitals/medical centers. We seek jobs that candidates have indicated they prefer and seek employment at 25-40 hours a week whenever possible. Building key business relationships is a fundamental part of the job development phase.
