Mission

To improve the quality of life for low to moderate income individuals and families by developing strategies to reduce community blight through neighborhood stabilization and positive economic impact. Our goal is to increase neighborhood stabilization by providing sustainable, affordable, energy efficient housing, increase jobs, and promote community activities that improve the health, wealth and safety for children, individuals and families in the Tampa Bay Area.

WE BUILD NEW HOMES FROM THE GROUND UP TO MEET THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF THE INJURED SERVICE MEMBER WHO SELFLESSLY SERVED OUR COUNTRY. THESE MORTGAGE-FREE, ADA COMPLIANT HOMES NOT ONLY HELP TO REMOVE THE FAMILY'S FINANCIAL BURDEN, THEY HELP TO RESTORE THE INDIVIDUAL'S FREEDOM, AND ENABLE THE VETERAN TO LEAD A MORE INDEPENDENT AND PRODUCTIVE CIVILIAN LIFE.
